【番外編】永住者の在留管理と取消リスクの最新動向（2026–2027）😅

■ご案内内容⭐️
1️⃣ 2026年6月14日より、在留カードとマイナンバーカードを一体的に利用できる『特定在留カード』の運用が開始されます。利用は任意で、従来の在留カードも引き続き有効です。

2️⃣ 2027年4月以降、永住者に対する運用が より厳格に取り扱われる見込みです（入管法第22条の4に基づき、在留状況に応じて在留資格取消しの対象となり得ます）。
税金・年金、健康保険などの社会保険・住所届出などの重要な義務について、故意に履行しない場合には、在留資格の取消しが検討される可能性があります。
一方で、軽微なミスや病気等のやむを得ない事情については、通常は問題とされないと考えられます。

■解説
永住者の在留資格は、更新を要しない安定した在留資格ですが、義務が免除されるものではありません。
税金・社会保険・届出義務などは引き続き重要な管理対象となります。
実務上は、
・届出の適切な履行
・在留情報の正確な維持
・義務違反の長期放置防止
が重要です。

As previously informed to our clients, the following updates have been shared regarding residence management rules in Japan.
This article is based on publicly available information, official guidelines, and general administrative practice. Final decisions may vary depending on individual circumstances.

■Key Updates⭐️
1️⃣ From June 14, 2026, the Special Residence Card will come into effect. It will combine the residence card and My Number card into one, making it more convenient for daily use and administrative procedures. Switching is optional, but it may simplify things.

2️⃣ From April 2027, the regulations for permanent residents will become stricter. Deliberate non-compliance with important obligations (such as taxes, pension and insurance, or address registration) may result in revocation of permanent residency. Minor mistakes or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness) are generally not an issue.

Permanent residence in Japan is generally considered a stable status, but it does not exempt individuals from legal obligations.
