香川県高松市の行政書士ジュニアー国際法務オフィス代表、猪熊香里 (Kaori Inokuma) と申します。
短期大学を卒業後、日本航空の国際線客室乗務員として世界を飛び回り、さまざまな文化や価値観に触れてきました。異なる言語や文化の中で生活することの大変さや不安、そして人と人とのつながりの大切さを学べた経験は、今でも自分の中の大切な宝となっています。
その後、英語教室の講師や英語圏の外国人の助手などを経て、2018年春、行政書士として開業いたしました。現在は、主に外国人の在留資格（ビザ）に関する手続きのサポートを行っています。
在留資格（ビザ）の手続きは複雑で、外国人材の受け入れについてお悩みの企業様も多いのではないでしょうか？ また、永住申請やビザ手続きについて不安を感じる外国人の方からの相談も増えています。弊所では、（真面目に日本に在留したいと望む）外国人一人ひとりの個別の事情を考慮し、わかりやすく丁寧なサポートを心がけています。
人生100年時代… 祖母（元・『喫茶ジュニアー』経営）は、90代で一緒にハワイ旅行に行き、自宅で104歳の天寿を全うしました。彼女の生き方は、今でも私たちや周囲の人々にとって良いお手本となっています。
少子高齢化が進む中、外国人の皆さんと調和をもって共生できる社会になれば良いなと願っています。さらに祖母が かつてそうであったように、元気で活動的な高齢者が増えることを目指しています。Yoga講師として得た知識なども活かし、外国人ビザの支援手続きを通じて、誰もが年齢を重ねても 元気に生き生きと暮らせる社会を作っていきたいと考えています。

Message from Representative

My name is Kaori Inokuma, licensed administrative scrivener and representative of Administrative Scrivener Junior Kokusai Houmu Office in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture.

After graduating from junior college, I worked as an international flight attendant with JAL, flying around the world and experiencing a variety of cultures and values. These experiences taught me about the challenges and uncertainties of living in a foreign language and culture, as well as the importance of human connections, which remain an invaluable treasure.

Later, I gained experience as an English teacher and as an assistant to foreign nationals from English-speaking countries. In the spring of 2018, I established my office as a licensed administrative scrivener. Today, our primary focus is supporting foreign nationals with residence status (visa) procedures.

Visa procedures can often be complex, and many companies may face concerns regarding the acceptance and processing of foreign employees. We also frequently assist foreign nationals who have concerns about permanent residence applications or visa procedures. At our office, we provide clear, understandable, and attentive support, carefully considering the individual circumstances of each foreign national who sincerely wishes to stay in Japan.

In today’s era of 100-year lives, centenarians are becoming more common. My own grandmother, former owner of the coffee shop “Junior”, traveled to Hawaii in her 90s with me. She lived a long and fulfilling life, living to 104, and passed away peacefully at home – her life is an inspiration for us and those around us.

In a society facing a declining birthrate and aging population, our goal is to contribute to creating a community where both Japanese people and foreign nationals can live together harmoniously. We also aim to increase the number of healthy and active seniors, like my grandmother once was. Using the knowledge gained as a yoga instructor, we hope to help create a society where everyone can live healthily, age gracefully, and remain active.

Our motto is:”Making bridges between Kagawa and the world!”.
